Platform and website use
RealtorSphere provides software for real estate professionals to manage their websites, contacts, client portals, and communications. The platform is not a brokerage and does not replace professional real estate, legal, or financial advice.
Tenant and realtor responsibilities
Each tenant or realtor is responsible for their website content, professional licensing, brokerage identification, permissions to upload material, and lawful handling of contacts and communications. Tenants must obtain any required consent and MLS/IDX approvals. Platform access does not grant a listing-data licence.
MLS/IDX display and accuracy
Listing information is displayed subject to applicable MLS/IDX permissions and the notices shown alongside it. Do not scrape, redistribute, resell, or use listing data for unauthorized analytics, AI, valuations, or derivative products. Listings, prices, availability, photos, and descriptions may change or be incomplete. Accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed; confirm material details with the responsible real estate professional.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful material, send unsolicited messages, bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, or access another tenant’s information. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security concerns, subject to applicable law.
Account security
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Notify support of suspected unauthorized access. Portal access may require email verification and separate portal terms; keep account recovery details current.
Subscriptions and billing
Pricing and subscription terms are not finalized. These draft terms do not establish a price, renewal schedule, refund policy, or payment obligation. Any future paid plan must disclose its applicable charges, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. Contact support about any separately agreed arrangement.
Availability and limitation of liability
The service and displayed information may be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RealtorSphere and the website operator disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use. Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final liability provisions require legal review.
Changes and questions
Policies may be updated as the service develops. Review the dated version and any notices provided when material changes are made. For website or brokerage matters, contact the realtor identified on the site; for platform questions, use the support address below.
